I'm a senior employee from a global company (Head-quartered in Europe) that delivers professional IT services & consultancy to some of the top investment banks of the world. Right now, our business is expanding at an incredible speed. That creates a great number of vacancies for our China posts, which need experienced IT or Business Developers/Analyst to fill up. So is the project I'm responsible for. I'm badly short of hands! Though HR is recruiting qualified people for us, the process is rather long and time time-consuming. That causes me a big trouble – I cannot find fit guys in time to cope with my project progress requirements!!!

9. C++ Senior Developer (Min 5 years experience in C++ Developing)
