做数据库的迁移工作啊

IBM的软件也需要支持oracle啊，我哥们就在IBM做测试，没啥事情就玩oracle，现在可遛了

outsourcing , 现在国际流行趋势，所以不管是oracle还是db2，都可以做的

ibm的想法是，以后全世界所有的企业都没有自己的it部门，或者专职的it部门，全部outsourcing 给ibm
