1 基于网络7层通讯layer2的两种协议,目的都是划分vlan
vid数据包标识基于主机端,叫IEEE 802.1Q VLAN协议,aix5l的网卡驱动支持这个协议
pvid按advance power hypervisor中的虚拟交换机进行数据打包,也就是使用交换机 port-based划分vlan
pvid能够对 不支持IEEE 802.1Q VLAN的设备 进行vlan 划分
两者在官方红皮书里统称vlan id
2 The SEA directs packets based on the VLAN ID tags. One of the virtual adapters
in the Shared Ethernet Adapter on the Virtual I/O Server must be designated as
the default PVID adapter. Ethernet frames without any VLAN ID tags that the
SEA receives from the external network are forwarded to this adapter and
assigned the default PVID
看明白这个,不难读懂下面的

试了,果然有convert功能,不过还没完全试清楚,基本的硬件阿分区阿都正确,但转换后可能不可以做deploy。有待测试。
