IBM System x GCG L2 Technical Support Engineer

[b]Job description: [/b]
[list][*]2nd level technical support to IBM Greater China Group(China Mainland, Hongkong, Taiwan) customer;[*]Lab based daily operation to handle the difficult technical issues escalation from GCG, in rare situation, need provide onsite support in GCG;[*]Support the whole product line of  IBM System x, PWS, Option, Storage, System management products;[*]Isolate the problem in a complexed environment, which including Windows/Linux/Novel, SQL/Oracle, HA/Cluster, Networking and all kinds of miscellaneous applications;[*]Technical escalation to WW L3 support team for issues can not resolved locally, drive the solution given through written and telephone conference;[*]Failure Analyses and provide FA report;[*]Critical situation management to achieve customer satisfaction.[/list]
[b]Job Requirement:[/b]
[list][*]Must be very familiar with Linux/Windows OS, Networking, Server Technology;[*]CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, MCSE/MCDBA etc is preferred;[*]IT related bachelor or above is required[*]Ability to manage multiple/complex task under pressure;[*]Logical thinking and well time management skill;[*]Good command of presentation/communication/negotiation skills across other functional team.[*]Good  oral and writen English[*]Ability to work independently and high sense of responsibility.[/list]

多年前教过MCSE，但是目前的工作是做HP和IBM小机技术支持。去年考过RHCE。
