岗位描述：
--进行AS/400上新项目的开发实施工作。
--负责对AS/400（iSeries）上运行系统的维护和技术支持；
岗位要求：
--具有1年以上、至少有一个大中型AS/400项目开发实施经验；
--熟练掌握AS/400上RPG/400（或ILE RPG/400）、CL/400语言；
--了解软件开发的普遍流程，了解各个阶段所需完成的工作；
--熟练掌握DB2/400数据库，有ORACLE、SQL SERVER等一种或多种数据库应用经验更佳；
--具备一定的金融（银行、债券）行业的业务知识优先，待遇从优。
能力素质要求：
--大学专科或以上，计算机或数学相关专业；
--具有持续钻研精神，积极主动，责任心强；
--具有良好的表达、沟通能力；
--有较强的学习能力，善于分析思考问题；
--具备团队合作精神。
