猎头职位： AIX/Storage Spcialist (IBM)

Key job responsibilities:
-Lead AIX support team to administate several IBM P series servers and attached storage;
-Setup OS level monitoring threadhold in Tivoli ITM and prepare operation procedure for operators;
-Perform performance and capacity trends analysis and recommendation based on data collected from managed servers;
-Report and communicate with clients on server eprformance and capacity;
-Onsite support problem resolution and determination when required
Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in computer science and technology or similar major;
-Proficient oral and written English;
-Good communication skill;
-Spirit of dedication and devotion under stress;
-Attitude of teamwork;
-IBM certification of AIX system adminstration;
-DB2 or Oracle certification preferable

Desired Experience
-3+ years in AIX system adminstration;
-Master in IP network management;
-experiences in P series connection to SAN switch;
-Enperienced in storage management, backup and recovery;
-Data center operation experiences  desirable

ITS的hire account。

以下职位全部都是要求英语很好，最好30岁以上，差不多都是北京的职位。
年薪不会低于20万，全部是IBM的职位。
1，大机维护。Band7
2，oracle HR模块实施顾问。Band7
3，智能楼宇，安全布线。要出差。Band7
4，AIX大机支持，要求懂硬软件。Band7
5，机房销售，要求懂售后服务。Band7
6，HR顾问，做领导人培训，可以到外面讲课，有解决方案和项目管理的能力。Band8
7，软件渠道高管。IBM中国最高级，100万以上年薪，不封顶。Band10
8，销售专员懂SP。Band7
9，销售专员有电信背景。Band7
10,中间键的销售，懂大机软硬件和销售的优先。Band7
11，市场部门的数据分析，要求很好的统计建模能力。Band8
12，金融数据软件销售。Band7
13，网络监控软件，解决方案架构。Band7

BAND6,BAND7的年收入是什么水平？

B10都出来吓人了呀。
我那B2咋办呀。。。
我要全球续航巡逻游玩。。。;P

职位比较高,但是不一定能够找到人

这个职位是长期的，估计相当长一段时间不会过期。
估计20-40W，水平高的50W估计也没什么问题。
主要看资历和经验。当然英语水平是很重要的。
