Charles E. Leiserson is Professor of Computer Science and Engineering

Intelligence Laboratory</a>, a member of the Lab's <a
HREF="http://theory.lcs.mit.edu/">
Theory of Computation Group</a>,
and head of its <a href="http://supertech.lcs.mit.edu/">
Supercomputing
Technologies Group</a>. He is Program Director of the <a

Singapore-MIT Alliance</a> program in
computer science and Adjunct Professor in the <a
