谢谢指点,根据资料,解决方法有2
一是写一个prescript,每次备份前把application shutdown,备份完后再启.
二如果是不可以shut down的application,建一个新的manage class,专门备份open files.
下周和客户联系,讨论解决方法.

因为是半路接手的东西，BACKUP_WAS_FULL是前面工程师定义的一个ｃｌｉｅｎｔ　ｓｃｈｅｄｕｌ，具体得到客户那里才能察看了．
