８是设计的，我选的是Ｂ，和答案不一样。

不知道这个帖子该发到哪个版，想了下更适合职业版，就发到这里来了。

1、此题目我觉得应该属于“软件工程 行业方案 项目管理”版

2、第一题：Smart Phone没听过？查查Symbian、Windows Mobile，这是两大主流系统，其他还有少量Linux、专用系统等等，就是能够实现最基本PDA能力的手机，最有可能普及的个人便携智能终端。这方面无双、carol应当都知道不少

3、第二题：disclosure commitments，指与客户间关于客户资料的公开协议，涉及隐私保护，既然不同部门有不同协议，所以这是涉及隐私的business policy。Edge Server是IBM的叫法，我不知道是否是通用的说法，Websphere Edge Server负责收取客户端请求，并根据负载分发到后台的各个应用服务器，实际上就是一个多层交换机，只不过可以和IBM产品更加紧密结合，在应用层可以更加精确地定义各种负载均衡和分发处理的协议。

有一点很重要：参加IBM的这个考试，你最好对IBM所有软件产品都有一点了解，起码知道都是什么名称、大概功能，但是IBM的软件产品线实在齐全，都记下来也要费一番功夫

我理解smart phone就是象nokia7650或者9xxx的东西，开发时目标是让用户有熟悉的操作习惯和熟悉的界面。

第2题我认为policy是必要的，但你用什么方法去实现是次要的。

我觉得这一科（起码这两题）作答时不要用技术人员的角度去想，而是用end-user的角度出发，就很容易选。因为其它答案都不懂，呵呵。
