Job Description

• IBM AP SDI  test Analyse and Debug support
• IBM AP SDI Server product test process setup, maintenance and improvement
• IBM AP SDI Test Server setup, maintenance and improvement
• IBM AP SDI Test Networking and VPN setup and maintenance
• New product and New process training to IBM AP SDI Partners
• SDI Test projects
• Travel to  IBM AP SDI sites to provide onsite Talon Support if necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above required.
• Good English proficiency;
• Good network and OS knowledge, priority goes to applicants with Linux/Unix or Cisco background.
• Ability to manage multiple/complex task under pressure;
• Strong case handling Skills
• Familiar with test debug procedure
