Open Systems Analyst(Windows administrator)
DUTIES:
Under direct supervision, creates detailed specifications of system requirements for small projects or a defined stage or phase of a larger project.
• Works closely with business analysts and/or business or client representatives to understand business requirements and translate them effectively into system specifications.
• Effectively communicates requirements / resolves issues with application developers, application support and business analysts / users.
• Analyzes existing system logic and operation and develops recommendations for solutions to address application issues or enhancements.
• May participate in or assist testing specialists with preparation and execution of application tests.
• Provides functional support to end-users.
SKILLS:
• Develops skills in basic theories, practices and procedures in one skill area through formal training
• Able to apply basic knowledge/ skill to own activities
