在Windows2003下安装了TxSerial 6，创建了Region:RGN01 创建了PipedName Listener：CICSCC
CICS Client配置如下 ctg.ini

启动CICS 终端连接本地CICS Server 老提示：服务器“CICSCC ” 当前不可用
