Work as production support analyst in production support team
Provide professional production service to global clients.
Work closely with Global teams by phone and email to help user resolve issues.
Requirement (Essential Skills):
? Excellent spoken and written English
? Excellent Communication skills
? Ability to handle pressure as well as effective communicate and interpersonal skills
? Can demonstrate problem solving skills
? Must be able to work under own initiative
? Be innovative and able to design new solutions quickly
Desirable Skills:
? Production /Technical support experience would be an advantage
? Unix or Linux knowledge
? SQL skills and database knowledge
